Ocean Park 5K Road Race and 1K Kids Fun Run

5K start time: 7:00 pm on Temple Avenue at Free Street

Kids 1K Fun Run start time: 6:30 pm in front of the Rec Hall

Join us for the 11th Annual Ocean Park 5K Race sponsored by the Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution. This is one of the few evening races in the entire state and always attracts top runners as they prepare for the Beach2Beacon on the following weekend. The Ocean Park 5K winds through towering pines and along the beach before finishing in the town square in front of hundreds of enthusiastic supporters.

Registration forms may be picked up at the Ocean Park Association office, and either dropped off at the office or mailed to Gene Landry, PO Box 7552, Ocean Park ME, 04063

Race Day registration fee (at the Rec Hall): $15. 1st 250 runners receive OP 5K t-shirt. Pre-registration fee (at the OPA Office): $13; 1K Fun Run registration: $3. Registration begins at 5:00 pm in the Rec Hall. Checks payable to the Ocean Park Association.

 

 

Directions: Take Exit 36 (OOB exit) off turnpike. Continue on spur bearing right at 7-11 convenience store. Continue straight over railroad tracks till you come to Route 9. Registration one block to your left.
