In 2018, 20% of our total unrestricted income came from the generous donations to this fund. Along with Individual, Life, and Youth memberships, this Fund supports the day-to-day operations of the Association.

Sunday Plate Donations

Each Sunday during the programming season, we are pleased to invite and host guest preachers known for their ability to communicate the message of the Gospel to help us on our Christian pilgrimage through life. Generous donations to the Sunday Plate Collection give us the ability to reach out and support the honoraria and traveling expenses of these great women and men.

In 2018, 16% of our total unrestricted income came from individuals who renewed their OPA membership or became OPA members for the first time. You claim a special place in the heartbeat of the Association through your membership:regular memberships are $150/year; Youth memberships (through age 21) are $25/year; and Life memberships are available for $2,500. Come, be a member, let your voice be heard, and add your time and talent to those who make OPA a wonderful place.

Celebration Pavers

Celebrating the accomplishments and memories of our loved ones can now be made through purchasing a personalized and commemorative granite paver. These pavers will be installed in the walkway outside the Memorial Library in Demerritt Square and will be a permanent tribute to those individuals who share a love of Ocean Park. By adding your name, or that of a loved one, to a paver, you will be joining countless other Ocean Park friends – to pave the foundation for a promising future for this place we love.

Many times when a beloved OPA family member passes away, opportunities are given to offer a gift of money in memory of the person whose life will never be forgotten. These unrestricted gifts gives much needed help in our efforts to offer programming that make a difference.

During the programming season, there are literally dozens of informative, entertaining, and healthy events open to members, visitors, and the general public. We are an open community and your donations helps us defray their costs is another way you can help support the OPA.
